Q: When is the best time for a Maternity shoot?
The best time is between week 28 - 34 before the body gaining more water start swallowing to just guarantee a good shape.
Q: When is the best time for a newborn photo session?
I photograph most of my newborn sessions between the ages of 4-10 days. Although that time is ideal. Please contact me and we will work something out if you missed this time.
Q: Is the packages include any digital files?
We are thinking different from the others; all my packages are INCLUDE digital files based on what package you will get, also you can get more if you like.
Q: When should I schedule my newborn photo session?
Most of my clients book their newborn session between their second or third trimester. I only take a limited amount of sessions each month so my schedule fills up quickly. It is best to contact me while you are still pregnant to ensure a spot on the calendar.
Q: Where do you photograph newborn photo sessions?
All my sessions are done in my 745 sf studio in Huntington Beach, CA.
Q: Why Newborn session is better in studio not at home?
- Lighting: lighting is very important element to get nice flattering look for your baby. because we're using professional big lighting equipment (not flashes) to insure the best result and the baby Comfort during the session it has to be is studio.
- Props: you will get to choose from a lot of different variety of props, blankets and swaddles which is not will be available at your home.
Q: Do we need to bring any outfits of props?
No, I have all props needed for the session & you can choose from. if you have something that you want to be photographed, I encourage you to bring it!
Q: How long does it take to edit and get prints?
It typically takes 2 weeks for me to edit all the photos. Once the gallery is ready you will not via email and text message to review, download and order print online and it will deliver directly to your home, it is more convenient for you for sure. Once the order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to have it in your hands.
Since I do run a legal business I have a few rules (or recommendations ?!)
that I ask be followed and a few things that I just want you to know:
Your session will not be considered "booked" until your portrait agreement is signed/returned and your Retainer fee is paid.
If you or your child are sick (fever, rash, severe cold symptoms, etc.) within 24 hours of the session you MUST reschedule.
I do not release RAW (un-edited) files at all, ever!
Sales tax will be charged on all orders that contain products (prints, canvases, albums, etc.)
Read your portrait agreement! It will answer almost all of your questions.
